You can expect a reply within 48 business hours. For bug reports, please include the browser you are using and a description of what went wrong — a sample HAR file snippet (with sensitive data removed) is very helpful.

Please Note
HAR Analyzer has no user accounts and no server-side storage. Your HAR files are never transmitted to us. If you are reporting an issue, you do not need to share your actual HAR file — a description of the structure or a minimal reproduction is sufficient.
